Chaos Engine IPS patch
3rd March 2016
by fusaru
made with HivePAL, Gens Tracer

==Purpose of the patch==
Changes the game's colors so that they reflect the Amiga version (not AGA colors) more closely. Also changes the region to NYSC-U and the music speed so it doesn't play too fast

==Usage==
Apply the included IPS file to the ROM (e.g. via Retron 5, dedicated program such as "StealthPatch IPS Patcher").
If you get a red screen, the checksum needs to be fixed. Programs such as ESE FixCheckSum can do this for you.

==Notes==
*only works with the PAL version, not with Soldiers of Fortune
*make sure your system is set to NTSC-U region to play the game without problems
*the original Amiga version is almost pure pastel colors. SEGA's 16bit machine can't do those very well, so this optimized version is still very "colorful" compared to the Amiga original
*for HivePAL users that want to improve this or do their own colors
